Agency Financial Close and Reporting Specialist

At Zenith, we are seeking a skilled Financial Close and Reporting Specialist to support our agency's financial management. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of month-end close procedures, including revenue and expense management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial close process, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded and reported.
  • Collaborate with the Client Finance and Groupe Re:Sources teams to ensure smooth month-end accruals and deferrals.
  • Prepare and review detailed financial analysis, including P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Identify and resolve inter-company mismatches and open items.
  • Partner with the agency lead to develop and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets.
  • Contribute to the development of new reporting methods and analysis to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong preference for candidates pursuing a CPA designation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial results.
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of data.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an asset.
  • Effective communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
