Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at MOMENTS BOUTIQUE INC.

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fashion trends, styles, and brands.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, provide product recommendations, and process sales transactions.
  • Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including merchandise displays and visual merchandising.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fashion house, clothing store, retail business, shoe store, fashion boutique.
