Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at 1803388 Ontario Inc. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers
  • Advise customers on menu selections and make recommendations
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
