Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering high-quality dental care and be responsible for providing comprehensive dental services to patients.
About the Role
- Perform routine dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues, utilizing expertise in various dental procedures.
- Conduct endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy, with precision and care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient office operations, promoting a positive work environment.
- Fabricate dental appliances as necessary, adhering to precise specifications and quality control measures.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, incorporating new techniques and best practices into daily work.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution, demonstrating exceptional academic achievement.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry, ensuring licensure compliance and professional credibility.
- Proficiency in dental terminology and anatomy knowledge, showcasing expertise in specialized areas.
- Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and patient assessment techniques, emphasizing attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.

Work Arrangements
