About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our nuclear automation solutions team. As a key member of our industrial automation group, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from receipt of purchase order through final installation and customer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage programs and large projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of project managers, providing guidance and direction to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans, forecasting, and program financial management.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and standards, including CSA B51 and CSA N285.0.
  • Manage program resources, including budget allocations, schedule development, and resource forecasting.
  • Prepare accurate financial and resource forecasts, and provide regular program updates to the program team.
  • Coordinate post-project employee assessments and share best practices.
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A three or four-year Engineering degree or diploma, specializing in electronics, electrical, mechanical, or controls engineering.
  • Experience managing automation programs in excess of $5 million with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven track record of providing positive leadership and coordination to a multi-disciplined project design and construction team.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a variety of programs/markets on a multidisciplinary team.
  • Practical working knowledge of the automation industry and customer processes.
