About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization at the Government of Canada - Central. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing resources, and making key decisions that align with our organizational objectives.

  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employees meet expectations and contribute to overall success.
  • Operational Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record of executive-level leadership and management experience.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to think strategically and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business administration or a related field.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, pension plan, and paid time off.
