Convenience Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Convenience Store Manager to join our team at Dépanneur Sprint. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and optimize sales
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve sales targets
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
