Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Nike Store Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales floor operations, stock replenishment, merchandising, and Loss Prevention measures. You will also provide coaching and guidance to our sales floor associates to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail leadership role and be proficient in Microsoft Office products and retail business systems. If you are a natural leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

* Oversee sales floor operations, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and Loss Prevention measures
* Provide coaching and guidance to sales floor associates to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service
* Analyze sales reports to identify sales opportunities
* Support the recruitment of Associates as needed

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail leadership role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products and retail business systems
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
