Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Développement Pro Expert Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office building.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a dust-free workspace
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests and staff
  • Stock linen closet to ensure a sufficient supply of linens
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a hygienic environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and clean ride
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth operation
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a hygienic environment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns to provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Basic security clearance to ensure a secure work environment
  • Criminal record check to ensure a safe and trustworthy employee
  • Own transportation to ensure timely arrival and departure
  • Fast-paced environment to work in a dynamic and busy setting
  • Attention to detail to ensure a clean and organized environment
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle
  • Standing for extended periods to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment
  • Dependability, flexibility, initiative, reliability, team player and values and ethics to ensure a positive and productive work environment
