Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Smitty's Family Restaurant and Lounge.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation and service staff, training new employees, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff
- Train new employees on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and wastage
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Standing for extended periods
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
