We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Labourer to join our team at PLEIN-R INC. as a key member of our outdoor maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, tying and securing plants, and performing various other tasks related to maintaining our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with landscape constructions and maintenance
  • Tie and secure plants, trees, and other vegetation
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants
  • Rake and collect refuse
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees
  • Apply fertilizers and other treatments
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
  • Perform other tasks as required

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own transportation or vehicle supplied by employer
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour
