- Major Accounts Maintenance: Work with the Aftermarket Manager to ensure we meet expectations on major accounts.
- Support Service Supervisor: Provide technical support, handle warranty claims, and manage technician queries.

- Grow the Branch: Ensure customer satisfaction and business growth, developing to meet market needs.
- Promote Comairco Sales: Promote the team of technicians and their abilities, ensuring tools and company vehicles are properly maintained.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer service calls requiring advanced expertise.
- Experience in a management role.
- Experience with compressed air and ancillary equipment or similar mechanical background.
- High skills and passion to train, coach, and develop technicians.
- Autonomy, creativity, teamwork, and professional integrity.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
