About the Job

We are currently seeking an experienced Exterior Prefabricated Products Installer to join our team at Home Service Solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in installing exterior prefabricated products, with a focus on professionalism in customer service. This is a permanent full-time position that requires 30-40 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Repair and maintain exterior prefabricated products, identifying and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Determine the most effective installation procedures, considering factors like product specifications and site conditions.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accurate placement and alignment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, maintaining them in good working order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support persons with disabilities by providing awareness training to employees, fostering a welcoming work environment.
  • Support newcomers and refugees through diversity and cross-cultural trainings, promoting inclusivity and understanding.
  • Support youths by offering awareness training, creating a safe and respectful workspace.
  • Support Veterans through awareness training, ensuring a smooth transition into the workplace.
  • Support Indigenous people by providing cultural competency training, acknowledging and respecting their heritage.
  • Support visible minorities through diversity and cross-cultural training, celebrating their unique perspectives.
Requirements
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Less than 7 months of experience in the field is preferred.
Work Environment

This role involves working in various outdoor environments, exposed to different weather conditions. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
