Compensation Package: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We're seeking a skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Julie Skaling Physiotherapy Clinic in Kentville, Nova Scotia. As an integral member of our multi-disciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians who share your passion for delivering high-quality care.

Job Description:
  • Deliver hands-on massage therapy sessions to clients, focusing on techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and Swedish massage.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Utilize electronic health records software to document treatments, progress, and recommendations.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional client communication and rapport.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma from a recognized massage therapy program.
  • Registration with the College of Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) is essential.
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting is desirable, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
