Key Responsibilities

  • Own the technical quality of our cloud solutions, from discovery to delivery.
  • Collaborate with product management, user experience, and quality assurance teams to understand customer needs.
  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable solutions that meet our business needs.
  • Mentor team members to improve their technical skills and overcome day-to-day challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and drive their adoption to accelerate team objectives.
  • Familiarize yourself with corporate security policies and follow established processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software development.
  • Proven experience with AWS services or other cloud solutions.
  • Expertise in our software stack (C#/.NET, MS SQL Server, Angular).
  • Expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems.
  • Ability to build, deploy, and observe software at scale.
  • Influencer with strong communication skills and a focus on merit-based decision-making.
  • Strong team player with a vision that extends beyond their reporting structure.
  • Critical thinker who can leverage powerful questions to help others see what they're not looking for.
  • Constant learner with a passion for discovery and improvement.
