We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our innovative team at MSI Corp. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior manager and project leads, focusing on Gen AI, Agentic AI, or Conventional AI projects.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will have a proven track record of using data science, machine learning, and statistics to solve complex business problems with large, real-world datasets. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving business growth and making informed decisions based on data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define success and performance metrics.
  • Execute data transformations, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering in Google Cloud Platform environment.
  • Build AI assistants using AI agents, build predictive models using advanced ML/AI techniques, optimize business processes, and find growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate model performance, conduct experiments, and optimize the algorithm.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data science projects, including methodology, results, and insights, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and ML engineers to integrate data science solutions into current systems and processes.

Requirements:
To be successful as a Senior Data Scientist, you should have the following qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of extensive Data Science experience, with a focus on machine learning and predictive modeling.
  2. High proficiency with Python, SQL (e.g., Google BigQuery) or PySpark.
  3. Hands-on experience in various stages of Machine Learning Model Lifecycle (EDA, Feature Engineering, Hyperparameter Tuning, Model Evaluation, etc.).
  4. Strong software development foundation - a robust engineering and software development mindset.
  5. Experience with cloud computing platforms (Preferably GCP).
  6. Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including product, BI, project management, data engineering, and MLOps teams to define and deliver AI solutions.
  7. Demonstrates strong communication, proactiveness, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
  8. Proven experience and knowledge in delivering achievable roadmaps through Agile Framework.
