About the Role
This exciting role involves partnering with new clients to develop their first online advertising campaigns, driving significant impact on their business. The target-driven environment encourages individual growth, where you'll work towards personal targets and be part of a larger onboarding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage assigned customers with deep-level insights, customer success strategies, upsell techniques, and strong relationship management.
- Serve as a trusted consultant, onboard, develop, and optimize advertiser's campaigns for long-term success.
- Develop business plans focused on driving customer goal achievement and maximize ROI.
- Meet productivity, upsell, and customer impact targets while handling a moderate volume of potential clients through outbound and inbound calls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field.
- Minimum 1-year experience in consultative selling, managing a portfolio of customers, identifying customer needs, focusing on customer goals, results, and satisfaction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to pitch on the phone, and compose compelling proposals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, sales attitude, and desire to meet multiple KPIs and Sales Quotas.
- Knowledge of Google Ads or any Digital Marketing tool, understanding synergy between products, translating comprehensive marketing strategies into campaigns, and driving successful results.
