Job Description

We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual with experience in music and/or film, TV, and media production and financing to join our team.

This person should enjoy working independently and be interested in working with local, national, and international clients.

This individual will have strong communication skills, experience interpreting and applying program policies and guidelines, and possess the ability to remain professional and diplomatic when dealing with dissatisfied clients.

Responsibilities

  • Post-secondary education in film, TV, and media production; similar creative and cultural industry; communications or related field.
  • Experience working in the film, TV, and media sector or sound recording/music industry, preferably in a producer, production manager, or business affairs role.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully interpret and apply policies and guidelines, preferably in a government setting.
  • Experience working with financial management systems, performing financial information analysis, and undertaking financial report preparation.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience working with music and film, TV, and media budgets, financing agreements, and cost reports.

Requirements

  • $75,000 - $90,000 per annum salary range
