About the Role

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer to join our team, who will play a key role in developing, deploying, optimizing, and evolving GenAI solutions for our cloud software division's core platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop microservices architecture for GenAI applications.
  • Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes.
  • Work with user, device, and services data and micro-services to power GenAI applications.
  • Identify and define solutions for business problems and roadmap items of the GenAI solutions team.
  • Mentor junior engineers and help grow their technical skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI space and identify opportunities to leverage them.
  • Optimize GenAI pipelines and models to improve quality and reduce computational time and cost.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, globally distributed team of professionals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python and Java, designing and developing microservices architecture, deploying and managing applications using Kubernetes, and familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD practices, and testing.
  • 6 months of experience in hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI services, large language models (LLMs), and multimodal models, and experience with observability tools like Datadog, ELK stack, and AI frameworks like Langchain.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and helping grow their technical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or related technical field.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, data augmentation, and handling large datasets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Experience related to NLP and Search applications.
  • Experience bringing a GenAI project through prototype, implementation, and deployment to production.
