Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Meena Bazaar Clothing Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist customers with finding products and providing information about our merchandise.
  • Process returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
