We are seeking a Sales Store Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and staff supervision at our retail store.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between management and sales teams, promoting effective communication and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels, maintaining accurate stock records to prevent overstocking or understocking.
  • Authorise payments and manage customer returns in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this position.
  • Applicants with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or retail management will be considered.
