Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Architect with 10+ years of experience in aviation project management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, civil consultants, etc.
  • Supporting communication between project teams, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials.
  • Coordinating with project leads to directly supervise the teams' design and technical delivery.
  • Working closely with project management to execute plans for all segments within large and complex projects.
  • Ability to work independently on a wide range of large, complex, and/or highly specialized projects.
  • Demonstrating and sharing expertise over advanced techniques, concepts, and methods related to technical design.
  • Leading interaction with clients and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Acting independently and receiving oversight from managerial staff in the form of broad objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 10+ years of experience in aviation project management.
  • Licensed or registered architect.
  • Possessions of working knowledge of local building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures.
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices required.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between $110,000-$130,000 plus bonuses and benefits, contingent on relevant experience.
