Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Greenbelt Family Health Team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing services, within defined scope of practice, to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures
  • Clean and sterilize the operating room and instruments
  • Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work
  • Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
Requirements:
