Humber River Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Nursing Resource Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in all Medical and Surgical Inpatient Units.
Responsibilities:- Provide registered nurse duties in all Medical and Surgical Inpatient Units
- Be available for all rotating shifts
- Collaborate with a variety of staff, patients, and families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS certification or demonstrated competency
- Recent Medical and/or Surgical experience is mandatory
- Coronary Care I or actively pursuing the Coronary Care Certification is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
