About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Softchoice as an Associate Principal, where you will play a key role in driving customer transformation towards cloud financial governance. As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your expertise in IT Financial Management (ITFM), Technology Business Management (TBM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM) to deliver strategic, technical, and cultural understanding to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct customer interviews to understand their needs and valued outcomes.
  • Help conduct workshops and working sessions to drive customer transformation.
  • Create customer presentations and deliverables to showcase the value of cloud financial governance.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving FinOps & ITFM practices and contribute to the FinOps Foundation and community.
  • Develop strategic thinking to guide customers towards independent innovation.
Requirements
  • Strong consultative experience within IT Finance and Public Cloud Billing and commercial contracts.
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about ITFM, TBM, and ITAM.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives and project contributors.
  • Demonstrated applied experience in establishing and delivering complex projects.
