Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons (Quarry Ridge). As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and interact with customers from all walks of life. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.

Language

English is the primary language spoken in our restaurant, and we require all team members to be proficient in English.Hours of Operation

We operate 7 days a week, with varying hours of operation depending on the location. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
