About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Professional to join our team at NANIAN GROUP LTD. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, providing timely and accurate financial information
  • Post journal entries, ensuring accurate and complete financial records
  • Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports, as required
  • Prepare trial balance of books, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Reconcile accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Accurate, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
