We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Professional to join our team at NANIAN GROUP LTD. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, providing timely and accurate financial information
- Post journal entries, ensuring accurate and complete financial records
- Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports, as required
- Prepare trial balance of books, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Accurate, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
