About the Role

As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for listening to clients' needs and resolving complex situations, providing advice and solutions for personal and small business clients, and ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.

You will be part of a dynamic team of experts specializing in investment, mortgage financing, and other areas. About the Opportunity

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $55,200 to $66,900. You will have access to a wide range of benefits, including health and wellness programs, flexible group insurance, a generous pension plan, and employee share ownership plan. You will also have opportunities to get involved in community initiatives and participate in our employee and family assistance program.

Requirements
  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence – If not, you must obtain this licence within three months of hiring with a full refund once you have successfully obtained it
  • Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity
  • French speaking is a strong asset
Skills

We are looking for individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment. You should have a strong understanding of financial services and be able to provide advice and solutions to clients. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
