Broadband Network Specialist

Xplore Inc., a leading fibre, 5G and satellite broadband company in Canada, seeks a Broadband Network Specialist to support its rural living initiatives. As a key member of the Network Team based in Edmonton, AB, you will be responsible for the hands-on installation, repair, and maintenance of the Xplore fixed wireless network.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of IP Networking, experience with fixed wireless network deployments, and basic knowledge of construction and tower rigging.

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • One year diploma in IT or related field
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with wired and wireless network equipment
  • Previous telecom experience is considered an asset
