Job Title: Digital Account Manager

At Tink, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for leading business activities related to client accounts, supporting partners in business development, and identifying opportunities for client retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a leader by contributing to all business activities related to client accounts
  • Support partners in business development and identify opportunities for client retention and loyalty
  • Become the primary point of contact for clients wishing to undertake projects or initiatives
  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously and oversee projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and develop new sales opportunities and develop and manage client annual digital budgets
  • Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and innovative
Requirements:
  • A strong knowledge of the digital world with a business-oriented mindset focused on helping clients
  • The ability to analyze client needs and propose creative and effective solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is required for this position
  • Highly functional English is required for this position
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in marketing or e-commerce
