Overview

Enterprise Holdings is seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Management Trainee program. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Learning and developing your skills in customer service, sales, and marketing
  • Assisting in the management of a team of employees
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
Qualifications

To be considered for the Management Trainee program, you must have:

  • A university bachelor's degree
  • Fluent French and intermediate English language skills
  • A valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past five years
  • Experience or involvement in sales and customer service, leadership, or a related field
