Warehouse Technician Role

The Warehouse Technician will play a crucial role in the success of PepsiCo Foods Canada by ensuring the accuracy of orders and performing tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full case belt picking and placing
  • Operating Auto Cart Loader (ACL) and resolving jams and faults
  • Utilizing warehouse computer systems (ICS, etc.)
  • Loading and unloading bulk and individual cases from trailers
  • Strapping and bundling cardboard
  • Gathering pallet boards
  • Loading individual cases on carts and trailers
  • Performing autonomous maintenance activities as required
  • Maintaining proper housekeeping standards in work areas
  • Attending warehouse team meetings as required
Requirements
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Previous operations experience preferred but not required
  • Outstanding organizational skills, including handling multiple priorities, problem-solving, and meeting deadlines
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
  • Lifting/carrying 45-60 lbs. constantly for 8-12 hours a day
  • Pushing/pulling up to 80 lbs. frequently
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping
