About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Technology Operations team as Vice President, Technology Operations & Architecture. This strategic role will play a pivotal part in defining the future technology landscape of BCI, driving large-scale initiatives that span cloud infrastructure, digital workplace services, enterprise architecture, and disaster recovery.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex technology projects, with a strong background in cloud infrastructure, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture. They will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, technical expertise, and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of BCI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Technology Operations team to deliver strategic technology initiatives that align with BCI's business objectives
  • Develop and implement technology strategies that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with business processes
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the effective use of technology to drive business outcomes
  • Oversee the development and implementation of technology roadmaps that align with BCI's strategic objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in leading complex technology projects and teams
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, a defined benefit pension plan, and paid time off. The annualized base salary range for this role is CAD $180,000-$230,000, with consideration given to individual skill set, level of experience, and internal equity.
