Job Title: Head of Care Operations

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to join our team as the Head of Care Operations at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of hospital operations, including financial management, staff supervision, and patient care.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance patient experience.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director to establish medical policies and procedures, and ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referring veterinarians, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive operational management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing patient experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
