We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Primary Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the interprofessional team, and contributing to the development of care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct clinical care and services to individuals, groups, and communities
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team
- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, and provide nursing care through appropriate interventions
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN or RPN registrant
- Three years recent, related clinical nursing experience in primary care nursing and/or chronic disease management settings
- Current valid driver's license
