About the JobThe primary responsibility of this position is to repair and refinish automotive bodies to a high standard. This involves preparing surfaces for painting, applying primers, repainting surfaces, repairing or replacing interior components, and mixing paint to match colors.
As an Automotive Refinish Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- 1-6 months of experience in automotive body repair and refinishing preferred;
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions;
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at our facility. We do not offer remote work options.
