**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fitter/Welder to join our production team. As a Fitter/Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling structural steel components, as well as performing welding tasks to high standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Fabricate and assemble structural steel components, including cranes and crane-related parts, according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform welding tasks, including flux core and metal core welding, to high standards.
- Operate various machinery and equipment, including grinders, die grinders, oxy acetylene torches, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
- Identify and repair weld defects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent as a minimum.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in structural steel fitting and welding.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work well independently or in a team.
