Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Aerostructures team in setting expectations and delivering effective engineering solutions.
- Assess demands on the engineering team and develop strategies to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage the delivery of engineering services, prioritizing tasks and securing necessary support when required.
- Provide execution oversight, metric-based performance management, and reporting for engineering activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in aerospace engineering and leadership roles.
- Strong organizational, team performance, and project management skills.
