Our Facilities Services team operates, maintains, and repairs our facilities, ensuring a safe physical environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

About the Role

As a Facilities Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining building systems, inspecting and maintaining mechanical rooms, responding to trouble calls, and monitoring and operating building systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair building systems, including boiler, chiller, pumps, HVAC systems, and more.
  • Conduct regular inspections of mechanical rooms and report any issues or concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to trouble calls and complaints.
  • Work closely with the Facilities Services team to ensure seamless operation of our facilities.
Requirements
  • 4-year diploma or degree in a related field such as mechanical engineering or technology.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Stationary Engineer or Building operator.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
