Regional Transportation Specialist

beBee Professionals in Sorel-Tracy is seeking a highly skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely across regional routes, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the condition of your vehicle.
Responsibilities:- Transport goods to and from specified locations, adhering to all traffic regulations and ensuring the safe handling of cargo.
- Perform regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure optimal vehicle condition and prevent downtime.
- Ensure cargo is properly loaded, secured, and unloaded to prevent damage or loss, and maintain accurate records of deliveries and travel routes.
- Work independently to meet delivery deadlines, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
- Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations, including those related to cargo handling and vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
