About the Opportunity

The Department of Medical Imaging at the University of Toronto is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Diagnostic Neuroradiologist to join our team. As a key member of our Neuroradiology Division, you will be responsible for interpreting a wide range of neuroradiological studies, including plain film, CT and MR, lumbar puncture and myelography.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret neuroradiological studies, including plain film, CT and MR, lumbar puncture and myelography
  • Participate in multidisciplinary clinical, education and research programs at the University of Toronto
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new imaging protocols and techniques
  • Collaborate with other radiologists, neurologists, neurosurgeons and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Participate in academic and research activities, including teaching and mentoring students and residents

Requirements

  • Eligibility for an academic appointment at the University of Toronto
  • Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or international equivalent
  • Completion of a two-year RCPSC accredited fellowship in neuroradiology or equivalent experience
  • Successful completion of subspecialty exams
