Dream is a leading industrial real estate company seeking an experienced Sustainability Performance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in driving our organization's commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze sustainability data from various sources.
  • Manage large datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across Dream's systems and databases.
  • Develop reports to meet internal and external sustainability reporting requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, including dashboard development using Power BI.
  • Analyze building performance metrics, such as energy, water, GHG, waste, and recycling.
  • Support annual data assurance processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct research and provide business modeling for sustainability initiatives.
  • Engage stakeholders to drive sustainability objectives and priorities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in environmental, sustainability, ESG, or impact sectors.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data management, and Power BI.
  • Programming, SQL, or database management skills are an asset.
  • Commercial real estate/property management industry experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with emissions reporting (GHG/Greenhouse Gas Protocol), GRI, TCFD, and SASB is an asset.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and trend identification.
