**Job Summary**

Equinox Engineering Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our electrical design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement electrical design plans and specifications for projects
  • Lead a team of electrical engineers to ensure timely and within-budget project completion
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes and standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5-9 years of experience in electrical design and project management
  • Proven track record of leading electrical design teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (CSA, IEEE, API)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
