Inside Sales Representative Job Description

Robert Half is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Fraser Valley. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sourcing and quoting orders, and creating work orders with fabrication instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance and guidance to customers and Outside Sales Representatives
  • Sourcing, quoting, entering, and following up on orders
  • Creating and generating work orders with fabrication instructions
  • Coordinating and helping with inventory and purchasing
  • Delivering industry-leading customer service
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales and customer service within a manufacturing company
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and be adaptable and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who is highly motivated and has excellent follow-up and follow-through
  • Team player who can also work independently
