Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Field Sales team as an Insurance Advisor Life, Health. As an accredited Life & Wealth Advisor, you will provide integrated life insurance planning and advice to clients, utilizing your knowledge of RBC Insurance Life, Whole Life, Living Benefits, and Wealth products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with clients to understand their life events and offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice.
  • Promote a client-first mindset in a digital environment, meeting clients at their convenience.
  • Develop and deepen client relationships using Salesforce and other compliant customer tools.
  • Contribute to team sales success through individual sales goals and external network growth.
  • Regularly review business results and adjust activities to meet established targets.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP) or willingness to complete.
  • 1-2+ years' professional sales experience in the Insurance Industry.
  • Existing network of referrals and approved centres of influence.
  • Digital literacy using various systems and tools.
