About the JobThe successful candidate will have experience in childcare and be able to take on a variety of tasks including homework assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will also be expected to engage our children in fun activities such as games, outings, and educational projects.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality childcare services to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social development.
- Assist with homework and educational activities, promoting a love of learning.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children, taking into account any dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment, performing light housekeeping duties as needed.
- Engage our children in fun activities, such as games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare, preferably in a home-based setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling.
- First aid and CPR certification an asset.
- A competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
