  • Operations Management: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Logistics and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that the hotel has the necessary resources to operate effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, large workload, standing for extended periods, tight deadlines, and working under pressure.
