Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Courier to join our team at LifeLabs. As a Courier, you will be responsible for safely transporting medical specimens to various healthcare providers in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transportation: Safely transport medical specimens in a timely manner to preserve specimen integrity.
  • Customer Service: Represent the LifeLabs brand with professionalism and integrity by providing a positive experience at every touch point.
  • Logistics: Utilize LifeLabs technology to access and complete online readings and training, read emails and complete timecards.
  • Communication: Ensure customer satisfaction by handling all situations with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Driving Experience: 3 years of driving experience with a full valid license.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Availability: Ability to work a specified route schedule and flexible work hours.
