Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Rocky Mountain Dodge. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
  • You will work 30 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

As an Automotive Service Technician at Rocky Mountain Dodge, your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspections and tests to identify faults and malfunctions
  • Adjustments, repairs, or replacements of automotive systems parts and components
  • Repair or replacement of mechanical units or components
  • Scheduled maintenance services and testing to manufacturer's specifications
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and Steel-toed safety boots
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and manual dexterity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Client focus, dependability, and reliability
  • Judgement and flexibility
  • Team player with attention to detail and hand-eye co-ordination
Education and Certifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification and Red Seal Certificate
