Business Analyst Job Description

Opusing LLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop business cases
  • Develop and maintain business process maps and documentation
  • Participate in the development of business architecture and roadmaps
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of professional experience as a business analyst or architect
  • Mastery of business analysis methods, techniques, and tools, including business process modeling (BPMN)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French
  • Experience working in a hybrid, agile, and waterfall environment
  • Experience in initiatives aimed at developing a digital evolution roadmap using business architecture concepts and tools
